Job Title: Talent Administrator Employment Type: Full Time (Hybrid) Job Description:The Talent Administrator role at The Gifted Group is a dynamic, detail-oriented position supporting our world-class roster of talent, clients, and partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across projects, campaigns, and events while providing proactive, solutions-focused support to the team and our talent. The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a strong understanding of brand and talent management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Talent Management team to execute projects, manage logistics, and maintain operational excellence across all aspects of the business. This is an entry level role and you don't have to have extensive industry experience. We are looking to train someone with the right foundational skillset and interpersonal & communication bases to learn The Gifted Group way. Location: Preference is Sydney. This is a hybrid role with the majority of work completed from home. Travel to our Cremorne office, the CBD, and various event locations will be required for meetings, content capture, and activations. We are also open to Melbourne applicants who would work from our Melbourne CBD office. Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative, logistical, and project support for The Gifted Group’s talent roster, clients, and partners.Manage and maintain internal calendars, meeting invites, schedules, and travel plans.Update and oversee media kits, roster profiles, and database information.Support talent with ongoing projects, logistics, and ad-hoc requirements.Coordinate gifting initiatives from sourcing to delivery.Manage internal processes for analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.Maintain and update external roster databases.Assist with social media and omni-channel content capture, research, and reporting.Attend events to capture and coordinate social content, and represent the agency professionally.Manage website updates and ensure content remains current and engaging.Provide campaign management support across all stages, from briefing to post-campaign reporting.Handle contra arrangements and manage inbound talent requests.Compile and deliver weekly social media performance updates and trend forecasts.
