Intermediate & Senior Estimators – Civil & Construction Projects About the Opportunities Due to continued project growth across WA, our clients are seeking Intermediate and Senior Estimators to join their leading civil and mining teams. With strong pipelines across infrastructure, mining, and construction works, these roles offer long-term stability and the chance to contribute to major projects across the state. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions. Reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and project scope. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate pricing. Supporting risk reviews, pricing strategies, and tender methodologies. Working with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams through bid handover. What We’re Looking For Intermediate Estimator – 3 years’ experience in civil/construction estimating, strong technical grounding, and ambition to step up into larger projects. Senior Estimator – 7 years’ experience delivering end-to-end tenders across civil and infrastructure projects, with proven ability to manage large bids and guide junior estimators. Proficiency with estimating software (Expert Estimation, Candy, CostX, or similar). Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
