They are now seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their Melbourne-based team, driving smooth operations across their international supply chain. The Role This is a pivotal role that acts as the central link between design, sales, and offshore manufacturing. You will be responsible for managing the full production cycle, from sample development through to final shipment, while ensuring cost, quality, and time targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate production timelines and schedules from sampling to shipment. Confirm and track delivery dates, ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with garment factories in Vietnam and China to align quality and delivery expectations. Oversee procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories. Maintain accurate production status reports, purchase orders, and shipment schedules. Support QA in final inspections and manage rectifications where required. Resolve production issues, escalating to senior management when necessary. Act as the main point of contact across design, production, sampling, and logistics. About You Ability to speak fluent Vietnamese highly regarded Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
