Reporting to the State H&S Manager, you’ll lead strategic safety initiatives, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. What you’ll do Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions Lead and coach the regional H&S team Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT Support incident investigations and share key learnings Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations What you’ll bring WHS qualification and 2 years’ experience in heavy industry or construction Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 systems ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable) Confident communicator and trusted advisor Our business Adbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
