About you To be considered, you will need have previous experience as a Retail or Hospitality Supervisor or Manager with adept leadership management skills to help inspire and lead our retail team. Your approach to management is hands on, leading by example; you thrive on being on the ground, engaging with team members and customers alike. You have some experience with ordering and stock control. You are results-driven, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You have had previous experience with coffee. You are a genuine 'foodie'. Want to apply?
