Job Overview As Wait Staff, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional table service, ensuring customers have a positive and memorable dining experience. You’ll be the main point of contact between the kitchen, bar, and guests — so efficiency, communication, and customer focus are key. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests warmly. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve meals, drinks, and specialty coffee with professionalism and care. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction during their visit. Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including resetting tables promptly. Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Work as part of a team to provide smooth and efficient service, especially during peak times. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Requirements Previous hospitality or wait staff experience preferred (but not always required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, team player, and a strong focus on customer service. Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Professional presentation and reliability.
