About the role Be at the centre of strengthening governance and compliance across the organisation. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver timely, high-quality support that enables informed decision-making on conflicts of interest, governance, and compliance matters. By prioritising requests, streamlining workflows, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you’ll help ensure effective processes and a consistent compliance culture across the TAC. About the Team You will join the newly established Enterprise Governance, Compliance and Assurance team within the Corporate Legal, Governance and Compliance branch - a collaborative group of seven who support each other to deliver in a constantly evolving, sensitive environment. The team values flexibility, professionalism, and a positive, fun working culture. Reporting to a manager who offers a high level of trust and autonomy, you will be empowered to work independently while having an open line for guidance and support when navigating roadblocks or complex challenges. What we’re looking for Strong Teamwork and Service Delivery Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver timely, high-quality governance and compliance support. You can respond to priority requests and shifting needs while maintaining accuracy and service standards across the enterprise. Effective Stakeholder Communication and Coordination Skilled in building strong networks and fostering open communication with stakeholders and senior leaders. You can assess incoming requests, delegate effectively, and coordinate multiple governance and compliance functions to ensure smooth operations. Attention to Detail and Process Improvement Demonstrated capability to manage compliance processes with precision, from quality assurance checks and invoice management to policy adherence.
