About the Role On the verge of exciting growth and transformation as we expand into a new cellar door and function space, we are searching for an experienced, vibrant and outgoing collection of humans to join the Boat O family, who are passionate about wine and creating positive and memorable experiences for our customers. About You We are searching for dynamic, engaging and proactive individuals who are excited about working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience. Responsibilities of our Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchenhand staff will include assisting with kitchen start of day procedures, participating in food preparation, working alongside the kitchen team in food preparation, engaging with team to facilitate food delivery in timely manner to fulfil orders, assisting with end of day kitchen cleaning and closing procedures etc As the ideal candidate, you’ll have: A minimum 2 years relevant experience A Food Handling Certificate, or the willingness to obtain one Excellent communication skills Reliability, punctuality and enthusiasm Attention to detail, commitment to consistency and high standards of food delivery A collaborative team attitude and a positive work ethic A willingness to learn and refine your skills on the job whilst being mentored by qualified and passionate staff Flexible rostering and shifts between Thursday to Monday, 10-5pm Willingness to work at least one weekend day The legal right to work in Australia as an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident What’s in it for you?
