Key responsibilities as Mobile Research Nurse General physical assessment Collection of vital signs, including identifying the changes in medicines. Administer the investigational drug – IV/SC/IM/ID/ORAL and complete the source documentation in real-time either paper-based or electronic. Blood sample collection, processing with the help of centrifuge and shipment of sample Biomedical waste management during the visit, discard collected waste at the site or local facilities. Complete the documentation and coordinate with the research team for sample shipment. Coordinate and support scheduling patient visits, and patient follow-ups. Escalate potential issues to the Nursing Project Coordinator and site team representative. Project Specific responsibilities: The Project is for Aged Patients: The visit will be for a one and half an Hour plus your travel time to patients’ location. You need to collect the blood Sample from the patient and process it using centrifuge at the patient location. You need to hand over the sample to the courier pickup for further shipment to central lab; courier team will be at the patient doorstep to collect the sample. Also, real time documentation needs to be done as per protocol requirement.
