Educate, coach, and inspire your team to exceed KPIs in employee delivery, operational efficiency, safety, and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage daily production and employee issues, ensuring adherence to schedules and implementing necessary countermeasures. This role requires a strong presence across all shifts and flexibility in scheduling. Experience working in a FMCG/GMP environment processing of salads and ready made meals.
