This role focuses purely on candidate management and delivery — no account management or business development required. You’ll step into a high-volume recruitment environment where your sourcing skills will make an immediate impact. What you will be doing? Source and attract hospitality talent across multiple roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements. Manage candidate pipelines and keep talent engaged throughout the process. Coordinate interviews and assessment centres between candidates and hiring managers. Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand. Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver on urgent hiring needs. What do you bring? Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Resourcer, or 180 Recruiter. Strong candidate generation skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and networks. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Ability to work at pace, manage multiple roles, and hit deadlines. Hospitality recruitment experience is highly desirable.
