We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join a highly regarded global law firm on a contract basis through to December, with potential for extension. About the role As part of the People & Development team, you will provide recruitment coordination support across both early careers and experienced hire recruitment. Contract duration: until end of December 2025 (with potential to extend) Location: Sydney CBD, with flexible working (minimum 3 days in the office) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Rate: $43 per hour super and weekly pay Key responsibilities Coordinating and managing recruitment and graduate events Liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including application screening and phone interviewing Managing recruitment inboxes and candidate communications Collating interview feedback and maintaining recruitment records Assisting with market mapping and headhunting activities Recruitment system administration and reporting Providing ad hoc support to recruiters and the broader team About you We are looking for someone who brings: Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR, ideally within graduate or high-volume corporate recruitment Strong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail Confidence in managing candidate and stakeholder communications Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing recruitment team in one of the world’s leading law firms, contributing to meaningful projects and making an impact through the busy end-of-year period.
