Our client, a leading Advisory platform are looking to add an additional Analyst and an Associate equivalent - Power / Utilities / Infrastructure / Renewables into their team based in Sydney. This position is focused on M&A transactions within these sectors, may be be an element of ECM and DCM Advisory. They have strong relations with numerous Sponsor clients. Ideally you would currently be in a similar position (2-5 years experience) with a large Accounting/Advisory platform within a TAS / Deals or M&A team. Strong Financial modelling skills will be required. The team is lead by Managing Directors with outstanding track records of origination and this position will work closely with them on execution.
