About the role As Manager, Office of the CEO, you will work closely with our CEO and Company Secretary to provide executive services to our Board (and its Committees). You will be undertaking a range of activities to ensure the organisation continues to run well - following up on actions identified by the Board and various committees, compiling agendas and preparing and distributing documents for Board, Committee and Executive meetings. Your experience in drafting professional minutes from high-level meetings will stand you in good stead for your new position. You will be well organised, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable interacting with people from all levels of the organisation in a friendly and professional manner. Your diplomacy and ability for engaging with external stakeholders will present a positive image of SU to our valued supporters and other parties. Having excellent planning and organising skills, you will be able to ensure that Board, Committee and Executive meetings all run smoothly. This role will suit someone who is experienced in this type of work, or someone interested in understanding how boards and organisations work and willing to learn through providing administrative and management support. This is a full-time, fixed-term role (until 29 May 2026) that can be based in any capital city, working under a hybrid model. Exceptional administrative experience including highly developed minute taking skills for Boards and Executive teams. Relevant training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is preferred.
