This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a modern workshop environment, alongside a supportive and forward-thinking team. What You’ll Be Doing • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of John Deere Construction & Forestry and Vermeer equipment in a fully equipped workshop environment. • Collaborate with the workshop team to manage workloads efficiently and meet service deadlines. • Conduct inspections and prepare condition reports, recommending necessary parts and maintenance solutions. • Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards. • Uphold RDO’s professional standards, contributing to a positive team culture and delivering excellent internal customer service. What We’re Looking For • Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant, or Diesel Mechanics. • Previous workshop experience with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver’s licence (Medium Rigid or higher). • Experience with Vermeer equipment is highly regarded. • Additional qualifications such as Air-Conditioning, Auto Electrical, or High-Risk Work Licences (e.g., Forklift, EWP, Crane) are a bonus.
