Responsible for the installation of street and bike path lighting throughout Brisbane and for 'on street' parking meter maintenance from Council’s 700 parking meters. The Role lead TNS Traffic Signals Construction nightworks staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality set performance standards, provide feedback, and support development monitor and report on project progress and resource utilisation develop and implement safety and quality plans conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards manage drawings and inspection plans utilise IT systems for efficient operations. Please note: To meet business requirements, this role will require you to work from 7:00pm to 4:00am, four days per week. To be successful you will have: Current Queensland Electrical licence effective leadership skills, providing clear direction and ongoing feedback to teams proficiency in Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, and quality policies, including understanding of EEO practices ability to work autonomously in a night shift supervisory role, serving as a point of contact for Civil and Electrical Construction teams project management experience, including resource allocation and risk assessment expertise in Traffic Signals installation and maintenance, meeting standards understanding of Electrical Safety Act 2002 and AS/NZS 3000, Wiring Rules knowledge of labour, equipment, and material deployment for efficient resource utilisation proficiency in AustRoads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management.
