The role Adbri is looking for a motivated and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support the delivery of strategic safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is central to implementing Adbri’s Work Safe, Home Safe program and fostering a proactive safety culture. This role offers some flexibility to work from home when required. Responsibilities Deliver and support strategic WHS projects, ensuring compliance with Adbri standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to promote safety excellence and identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate training, coaching, and engagement activities to build safety capability across teams. Assist with incident investigations, ensuring timely action close-out and sharing of safety learnings. Lead and contribute to safety campaigns and performance reporting to drive cultural and operational improvements. What you will need to succeed Recognised occupational health and safety qualification (minimum Diploma level) Formal qualifications and experience in WHS Auditing Training experience/qualifications (e.g. Cert IV Training and Assessment) Qualifications in incident investigation (e.g. ICAM) 3 years or more in a similar position Our business Adbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
