About our Graduate Program Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions. You’ll start in our Engagement, Standards and International Relations team, then rotate through key departments (Finance, the Project Management Office, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the finance team and launching your career. Along the way, you’ll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe.
