About our Graduate Program Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions. You’ll start in our Project Development team, then rotate through key departments (Standards Development, the Finance, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the finance team and launching your career. Along the way, you’ll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe. What you’ll be doing Support and run value stream mapping to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies Help analyse process waste and performance data for improvement ideas Shadow Project Managers in Agile and non-Agile projects to learn planning and execution Prepare agendas, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder meetings and governance Assist in analysing processes and recommending improvements for change initiatives Support writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for new projects We are seeking individuals who Relevant degree qualification Strong interest in project management methodologies and process improvement A passion for contributing to an organisation that enables progress and protection for Australian communities A proven ability to work productively within a team, contribute to shared goals, and engage in cross-functional collaboration Strong written and verbal communication Analytical thinking and problem-solving Time management and ability to prioritise tasks Initiative and willingness to learn What We Offer Mentoring to guide you throughout the program A learning culture that encourages curiosity and growth Regular feedback to support your success Access to professional training, networking and career development opportunities Ready to Apply to our Program?
