Champion team development, succession planning, and performance management to build capability and engagement. Drive strategic outcomes in compliance, safety, and asset performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Colliers standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent service excellence and operational efficiency. Oversee procurement strategies, capital planning, and risk management with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Represent Colliers as a trusted advisor to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
