Position Overview: As a Sandwich Hand / Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and assembly of our signature banh mi sandwiches. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each sandwich is made to perfection, maintaining our high standards of quality and taste. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and learn more about the art of creating delectable Vietnamese sandwiches. Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble banh mi sandwiches according to our recipes and guidelines. Handle and prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and condiments. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as slicing, chopping, and marinating. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Provide excellent customer service, taking customer orders and addressing their inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
