The Role The Information Management cadet will support the Records and Information Management team to provide records management support to Council. The cadet will be provided with work-based training at Council, whilst being required to study a relevant undergraduate degree at a university or certificate or diploma at Tafe. This role supports the organisation’s information and records management functions by handling incoming correspondence, scanning and registering documents, maintaining secure records, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. It also involves providing administrative support, managing office supplies, assisting with digitisation and disposal programs, and delivering excellent customer service through helpdesk and phone enquiries.
