Based in beautiful Regency Park this is a temporary opportunity to cover an internal promotion. Your Role Reporting into the Field Manager: Organise the tasks of service technicians to efficiently fulfill scheduled work orders Communicating with clients and account managers regarding site requirements and job scheduling Ensure all records are kept up to date Ensure smooth communication between the service, sales and technical support team Answering inbound calls from clients and technicians Providing customers with updates on service delivery, delivery progress, and completion reports through their customer portals. Administration support for the technical service team Communicate with both internal and external key stakeholders General administration support Your Profile You will have experience working within a service based environment and a similar scheduling role. You will be highly customer focused both working with technicians, suppliers and key customers. You will be highly organised with a natural sense of urgency and an ability to deliver, and problem solve efficiently. You will develop relationships easily and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. You will be efficient with a variety of different software programs and pick up new systems quickly. You will be proficient with the MS Office Suite and have high levels of attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce/Service Max) will be an advantage. About You You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a flexible and adaptable mindset. A proactive problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude, you thrive under pressure and excel in time management. Your engaging and friendly personality, coupled with a professional phone manner, will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
