About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join MOA on a part-time contract basis. This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who understands the media landscape, enjoys building relationships and is driven by results. You will be responsible for bringing in new advertising clients and developing media partnerships. Your day-to-day work will include a mix of outreach, pitching, relationship management and campaign coordination. Consultant/Contract - Base Commission Key Responsibilities: Source and pitch advertising opportunities to SMEs, national brands and corporate clients Identify and pursue new business leads through cold and warm outreach (email, phone, video calls, LinkedIn etc.) Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs Build and manage a personal sales pipeline using CRM tools Negotiate campaign budgets, formats and timelines Set up and manage relationships with media buyers, agencies and marketing teams Coordinate with MOA’s internal team to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction Provide regular updates on activity, leads and performance What We’re Looking For: Experience in advertising, media sales or a related field Strong network of business or media contacts is a plus Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently, follow up leads and manage your own calendar Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment Experience with CRMs, media kits and sales reporting tools preferred Contract Details: Part-time: 2 to 3 days per week (flexible) Contract position (ABN required) Remote and work from home Base plus commission (details discussed during interview) How to Apply: If you are a motivated ad sales professional who knows how to open doors and close deals, we would love to hear from you.
