Key Tasks at a Glance: Manage and grow top-tier accounts. Develop new business across all segments, identifying high-value opportunities for the hotel and region. Collaborate with national and property-based account managers to maximise group-wide performance. Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organisers. Drive yield management strategies to ensure long-term profitability. Weekly and monthly reporting and quotations Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, Site inspections and industry events. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to align on strategy and deliver exceptional service.
