About the Role As the Clinician Support Assistant, you will work under routine to general direction to provide high-quality administrative support to the Clinician Support Team, academic staff, and clinicians involved in the Medicine Program. Your role will play a key part in maintaining strong engagement and support for clinicians contributing to teaching activities. Key responsibilities include preparing documentation and certificates, managing diary invitations, and performing a range of administrative tasks to support teaching and events involving clinicians within the College of Medicine and Public Health. About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. A proactive approach to delivering high-quality support in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
