Your warm, professional presence will help create a safe and inclusive environment. You’ll manage front-of-house operations, support appointment scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across both Knox and Lilydale sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient reception services Welcome and support clients, visitors, and contractors Screen, refer, and handle incoming calls and messages Manage appointments and consulting rooms Maintain clean and presentable reception and waiting areas Monitor visitor entry and exit Create and manage client files using Medical Director, Trakcare, and MDS systems Prepare and send client correspondence Support site maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs Assist with financial record keeping and administrative tasks Work across both Knox and Lilydale sites as needed Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings: Formal qualifications in administration, customer service, health, or social/community services, or equivalent experience Experience in fast-paced, customer service-focused roles. Previous work in the community sector and/or a large, complex organisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Basic to intermediate computer skills Understanding of privacy and consent practices A Level 2 First Aid Certificate is highly regarded
