Retail Footing That Matters You've worked in retail-maybe as a store manager or assistant manager-and understand the pace, personalities, and pressures of the shop floor. Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented You manage systems and data with ease. You'll be downloading multiple CVs, searching for profiles, entering details accurately into our database, keeping our desk running like a well-oiled machine. High-Energy, Candidate-Obsessed Your phone voice is warm, articulate, engaged. You're personable, confident, and can quickly sense whether a candidate is a great fit. Reliable, Structured, and Adaptable You follow process, work with urgency-but you don't just stick to a script. You take direction, execute, and adapt when things shift. Ambitious & Supportive You're willing to put your head down now, prove your value, and grow into something more-perhaps a Recruitment Consultant role, if you bring the drive. What You'll Do Day-to-Day: Lead the candidate sourcing process, from phone screens & interviews to preparing profiles. Candidate care will be your number one focus. Organise and manage large volumes of CVs, profiles, and candidate data with speed and precision. Act as the face of Frontline, showcasing warmth, professionalism, and energy on every call. Support our Lead Consultant in building consistent candidate pipelines, bringing order, structure, and reliability. Learn our tools and systems quickly, while staying adaptable to shifting priorities and urgent requests.
