ABOUT THE ROLE As a WHS Consultant, you’ll advise clients on HSEQ systems, risk management, and compliance initiatives. You’ll work closely with client teams, lead audits and assessments, and implement practical solutions that improve workplace safety. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact while growing your consulting expertise in a dynamic environment. DUTIES Provide expert HSEQ guidance and mentoring to client teams Develop and implement HSEQ management systems meeting ISO and legislative standards Conduct risk assessments, audits (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001), and safety training programs Configure and manage client SafeX software portals Assist clients with HSEQ implementation plans and on-site governance activities Identify critical risk control measures and support ongoing compliance SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field 3-5 years’ experience in Work Health & Safety, with at least 2 years in consulting Proven ability to develop and implement HSEQ systems and training programs Strong knowledge of ISO standards and risk management methodologies (ISO 31000) Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills BENEFITS Lovely Sydney CBD offices Opportunity to work across multiple industries and high-profile clients!
