Do work that matters We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Bankers who are passionate about supporting small businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Business Banker, you will: Originate and manage commercial lending solutions up to $1.25M, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products. Engage proactively with customers to understand their business and personal needs, offering insights and solutions that support their goals. Represent CommBank within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery. What we’re looking for Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales Home lending experience and sound financial analysis skills Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent (preferred) Why join us?
