As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Executive Assistant to provide day to day support to 1 Director. You will focus on being a general helping hand for personal and business commitments and be an individual that loves to get the job done in a fast paced environment. Inbox management including screening internal and external requests of the Director, highlighting issues for attention and responding at the Director's request. Work closely with cross functional teams and departments. Coordinate meetings Document and report preparation. Book domestic and international travel. Running errands as required. Assist and execute company and personal events. Expense management. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5pm. What you bring Proven experience in a similar personal assistant or office management role. Flexibility and strong time management skills. Reliability, highly organised and trustworthy. Demonstrated initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and business acumen. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Have an energetic & can-do attitude and be a positive role model to the children. Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Have full rights to work in Australia (no working holiday visa holders or sponsorships). Full NSW driver license with good track record. WWCC and Police check.
