We are working with a leading global biotech company specializing in immunology, focusing on transforming lives affected by severe and rare autoimmune diseases. This role offers a chance to be part of the ground-level launch of an innovative therapy for neuromuscular diseases, with a focus on autoimmune conditions impacting quality of life. Based in Queensland, your responsibilities include: Building partnerships with key opinion leaders in neurology, immunology, and rare diseases. Leading pre-launch engagement and supporting local medical strategy execution in QLD. Representing the company at scientific conferences and engaging with clinical trial sites. Using evidence-based communication to build advocacy and influence decision-makers. Providing external insights to shape go-to-market strategies. To succeed, you should have: A degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (postgraduate qualifications are a plus). Experience in medical affairs or as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry. Interest or experience in rare diseases, neurology, immunology, rheumatology, or hematology. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior clinical stakeholders. A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
