We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Cardiometabolic team. This Victoria-based role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, healthcare, and innovation. As an MSL, you will be a trusted scientific expert, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and serving as a critical bridge between our organisation and the medical community. Your insights will support the advancement of our Cardiometabolic portfolio, helping to shape the future of care in this therapeutic area. About the Role Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other external stakeholders across Victoria. Serve as a credible scientific resource to the medical community, providing up-to-date information on our therapies and research. Contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies aligned with business goals. Support education initiatives, including training programs and medical content development, ensuring scientific standards are met. Gather and share insights on medical trends, competitive intelligence, and unmet needs in the therapeutic area. Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs), research projects, and partnerships to advance scientific knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared objectives. Qualifications A strong scientific background with tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related fields. Advanced degrees (PhD, PharmD, MD) are highly regarded. Experience as an MSL or in a similar external-facing role is preferred. Expertise in Cardiometabolic diseases or related areas is desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships. Understanding of clinical data, research methodologies, and analytical skills.
