We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Engineering Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. Position Summary As an Engineering Technologist, you will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to support the development, implementation, and improvement of engineering systems, equipment, and processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting in the design, development, and optimisation of engineering systems, components, and infrastructure. Conducting and analysing tests and evaluations of systems and products to ensure performance, quality, and compliance. Preparing detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation. Providing technical support and advice to engineering teams, contractors, and clients. Managing and implementing engineering changes and improvements. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to engineering plans and standards. Applying engineering principles and standards to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Assisting in the planning and coordination of engineering projects from concept through to completion. Requirements: Relevant qualification. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience or in a similar role (preferred). Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Australian engineering standards and workplace safety practices. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
