We’re on the lookout for a hands on, proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Arndell Park facility. Your Role at a Glance In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of plant equipment. You’ll lead a team of skilled tradespeople, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in maintaining production reliability. Your day to day will include: Overseeing the maintenance program, including preventive maintenance, corrective works, and prompt responses to breakdowns Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of work requests to minimise downtime Analysing recurring maintenance issues, identifying trends, and reporting insights to the Maintenance Manager Responding to call-outs and assisting with breakdowns to maintain uninterrupted daily operations Supervising contractors in alignment with our contractor management plan and ensuring compliance with standards Reviewing current work practices to identify and implement areas for improvement Preparing comprehensive Daily Shift Reports to ensure transparency and accountability Leading initiatives in continuous improvement and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Driving and actively participating in 5S activities to enhance workplace organisation What You’ll Bring You’re a confident leader with a hands on approach and a knack for solving problems. You know how to motivate a team, manage priorities, and keep things running smoothly. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical maintenance Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance environment Experience using a CMMS (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills Contractor management experience Availability for weekend work and after-hours callouts A commitment to safety and continuous improvement FMCG or food manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential) Why BE Campbell?
