Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join their high-performing Strategy team as a Strategy Manager . As a key member of the Corporate Strategy team, you’ll work alongside ex-consultants and partner directly with Executives and senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive impactful strategic initiatives. This is your chance to make a real difference! Key responsibilities include: Co-develop and refine the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market dynamics. Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning process, including facilitating strategy offsites for the Executive team and Board. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend assessments to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Build and own complex financial models, extracting actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic projects. Collaborate with Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Managers, and external partners on critical strategy topics. Evaluate M&A opportunities, contribute to deal execution, and support integration efforts. Assess investment opportunities in startups and ventures, driving innovation and developing customer-centric propositions. Experience and knowledge required: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field, ideally with an MBA. Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, combined with experience in corporate or tech strategy roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in presenting complex information clearly and concisely to senior audience, including Board-level presentations. Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. A passion for problem-solving and a strong drive to achieve results. Prior experience in financial modelling would be highly regarded.
