In this role, you’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading commercial negotiations, driving margin enhancement initiatives, and optimising operational frameworks across a global platform. The Role: Strategic and Hands-On Leadership As Head of Commercial, your responsibilities will include: Leading tender management and negotiations with key suppliers Owning supplier agreements to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals Driving commercial optimisation through margin analysis and continuous improvement Overseeing property negotiations, ROI analysis, and development initiatives Shaping business planning through budget modelling and monthly trading updates Delivering insightful P&L reviews and net revenue models to guide executive decision-making Championing process improvements across logistics and operations Leading business improvement initiatives Modelling and managing residual risk across strategic partnerships Evaluating and launching new program initiatives that align with business objectives. Collaborating cross-functionally to bring commercial rigour to new ventures and strategic projects. What You Bring We’re seeking a commercially astute leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re both a strategist and an operator, bringing financial discipline and a hands-on approach to commercial execution. Key Skills & Experience: 8 years’ experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role Strong financial acumen with proven ability to model, interpret, and present complex data Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
