Description About the opportunity Joining our Brisbane office as part of the Graduate Program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver—a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of Queensland communities, while being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. To be successful, you’ll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (within the last two years, or close to completion) A genuine curiosity and interest in land development projects A proactive mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and seek better ways of working Adaptability to move between different tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities with ease Strong communication skills—the ability to share information clearly and confidently with colleagues and clients Previous experience in civil engineering, through internships or work placements, will be highly regarded
