About the Role As an Assistant Development Manager , you’ll work closely with a Senior Development Manager to help drive projects from feasibility through to delivery. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across all phases of the development lifecycle—planning, approvals, design, construction, and completion. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing end-to-end development across active and upcoming projects Support feasibility analysis , budgeting, and financial modelling Liaise with consultants, councils, and stakeholders throughout the planning and approval process Monitor timelines, budgets, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery Prepare reports, internal documents, and board papers for senior leadership Attend site inspections and project meetings , ensuring alignment and progress across teams About You 2–4 years’ experience in property development, project management, or town planning Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related field Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on development environment Exposure to residential or mixed-use projects is highly regarded Why Apply?
