Objective: A Property Services Consultant within our QLD Property team is a role focussed on supporting our clients across multiple states by processing property certificate & other order requests and supporting our clients with follow up enquiries relating to their orders. Knowledge and Experience (knowledge and experience required for the role) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise · Ability to deliver high volume output · A high level of attention to detail · Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team · Demonstrated relationship-building skills · Friendly, helpful and team driven disposition · Legal, Conveyancing or Searching industry experience and/or qualifications is preferred by not essential.
