About the position: We’re on the hunt for a Partner Relationship Coordinator —a vibrant go-getter who’s ready to own and grow relationships with our incredible suppliers. In this role, you’ll manage your own supplier portfolio, negotiate deals, onboard new partners, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for hitting financial targets, keeping our data sharp, and building strong, lasting connections that drive results. Basically, if you're a natural at building trust, making deals, and keeping things organised—you’re going to love this. Building real connections with high-profile suppliers (virtually & in person) Negotiating pricing, rebates, and co-marketing deals like a legend Onboarding new suppliers and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes details Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver awesome outcomes Keeping supply chain data and CRM systems fresh and flawless Being the go-to for your portfolio—and owning those financial results Qualifications: A relationship-builder with strong communication and people skills A confident negotiator who can drive great deals Super organised with laser-sharp attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook—you’re all over it) Someone who brings energy, positivity, and a great team vibe Have experience in account or supplier relationship management Can turn data into smart decisions Love juggling priorities and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
