On Offer: $100,000-140,000k Super $200-280k OTE uncapped The role: As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in our expansion, responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders/contractors. You will manage complex sales cycles and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating technical discussions and managing integrations with various client systems. What you'll do: Drive revenue growth by actively hunting for and acquiring new clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing and onboarding. Collaborate with the SDR’s, who will provide you with qualified leads and support your prospecting efforts. Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional post-sale experience for your clients. Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution can solve their biggest challenges. Work with an innovative product team to provide market feedback and contribute to the evolution of our platform. What you'll need: 3-5 years proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the SaaS or construction tech space. A strong hunter mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience selling across Tier 1, 2, and 3 clients - preferred. Comfort with managing and selling complex integrations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact on a critical industry.
