The Role We are seeking an experienced Architect (Registered) who is ready to do more than just deliver projects. This is about becoming a key part of a close-knit practice, leading the way in both design and delivery, and helping us grow our architectural services. This role is ideal if you: Want to use your experience to influence and shape a practice, not just follow along. Love the idea of being a lead on projects, working across everything from refurbishments and fit-outs through to larger developments. Get energy from mentoring others — especially graduates working towards their own registration. Are looking for a studio that genuinely supports balance, flexibility, and family life. We’re ideally offering this as a part-time role (3–4 days per week) , but are open to full-time for the right person. Skills and Experience: Registered with the Board of Architects Queensland (BOAQ). 5 years’ architectural experience across a range of scales and sectors. Strong design thinking backed by solid technical and construction knowledge. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
