MEP Supervisor – SSTOM Project About Us: The Parklife Metro consortium, in partnership with the NSW Government, is delivering one of Western Sydney’s most transformative infrastructure projects as part of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport line. Our consortium—featuring Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild—is delivering this once-in-a-generation project under the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) package. This includes six new stations, a stabling and maintenance facility, rail systems, and a fleet of driverless trains. The Opportunity: Employed under Webuild, we are seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join our site team across the stations. You will be responsible for supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced site-based MEP professional looking to lead a team and contribute directly to the delivery of a major infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on schedule and within budget. Review and implement method statements, work packs, ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs. Support quality assurance processes and maintain accurate site records for reporting to senior engineers and project management. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and proactive manner. Ensure all MEP works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Mentor and support junior site staff to develop skills and maintain high performance standards. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or relevant trade experience with supervisory exposure. Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and construction methodologies. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
