This family owned Australian National Transport business is looking for a temp to take on the Maternity leave opportunity in this office based role. The position will see you co ordinate the company maintenance systems, registers overseeing the compliance standards. The role includes:- Support the operational staff by directing any queries relating to fault and damage repair on the companys fleet Manage the scheduling of the vehicle and equipment maintenance services Conduct routine reviews of maintenance records Ensuring all services are conducted prior to their due date Ensure the accurate and completion of reports Liaise with suppliers, mechanics, and parts providers to source repairs or replacements The right candidate will have:- Strong organisational and time-management skills. Good communication — dealing with drivers, managers, and service providers. Administrative accuracy (data entry, compliance documents, logs). Knowledge of fleet systems/software A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role A minimum of 1 year in Transport industry experience You will be very reliable and see the role through from start finish, if this is you, please apply
