About the Role: 6-month maternity cover starting early October Monday to Friday position (no weekend work) Manage a well-structured portfolio with strong team support Great opportunity for someone looking for contract stability in a welcoming environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports Manage tenant and landlord communications in a timely and professional manner Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors Prepare lease renewals, rent reviews, and general tenancy administration Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency policies About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager or strong background in Assistant Property Management WA Real Estate Licence (essential) Experience using Property Tree software Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong client service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle Why Temp with Us?
