We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Division to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who is experienced managing land development projects from inception through to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality project delivery, coordinating staff, liaising with clients and government bodies, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the delivery of large scale, high-risk and/or complex projects for clients · Manage major land development projects from initial concept through to title registration. · Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to policies · Conduct thorough site analysis and prepare accurate quotes · Liaise proactively with clients, government agencies, councils and internal teams. · Schedule and coordinate field work and internal processes · Apply project management methodologies to identify challenges and mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery · Oversee project budgets and manage financial performance within delegation limits · Contribute to business development by supporting tenders and identifying growth opportunities. Skills & Experience: · Proven experience managing large land development projects · High level communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to lead meetings and provide advice on land tenure and regulatory matters · Project Management qualifications highly regarded but not essential.
