As the Sales Lead, you will deepen key customer relationships, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver standout results in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This position is all about owning the end-to-end sales process, from building strategic account plans, leading conversations with buyers, to working with the data. What You’ll Do Analyse market data, customer insights, and sales performance to identify high-value opportunities. Predominantly office based you will manage day to day client relationships. Develop and maintain lead pipelines, tracking progress from prospect to partnership. Build forecasting models to guide sales strategy and resource allocation. Build effective reporting tools Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on trends and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing and portfolio companies to ensure alignment on target markets and messaging. What You’ll Bring 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or account management Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with sales data and reporting tools Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and data visualisation platforms eg Power BI A predisposition to MS Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, as well knowledge of Adobe would be useful Comfortable in a stand-alone role with a mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
