PeopleHub Administrator - NSW Government Pay Rate: $48.97 per hour Super (PAYG) Location: Leichhardt Hours: Monday–Friday (6am–2pm or 10am–6pm) Assignment Duration: Anticipated 13 weeks with potential to extend We are seeking an experienced People Hub Administrator to join a large NSW government organisation on an initial 13-week assignment with the potential to extend. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll and rostering experience who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. About the role You will be responsible for all Workers Compensation payroll processing, along with a range of payroll-related tasks. You will also provide advice and guidance to staff on completing timesheets and payroll requests, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will work both independently and collaboratively on assigned tasks, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service. Key responsibilities Process Workers Compensation payroll and related payroll tasks Provide advice to staff on timesheet completion and payroll requests Maintain accurate data entry in relevant payroll and rostering systems Verify and ensure accuracy of payroll and roster data in line with strict deadlines Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and rostering queries Maintain records and ensure compliance with relevant Awards, legislation, and organisational policies About you Experience in payroll, rostering, or time and attendance systems Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation, particularly relating to Workers Compensation Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team If you have relevant skills & experience, please submit your latest CV in Word format.
