Job Summary: The HUB24 Group Risk & Compliance function is responsible for strengthening operational resilience, which involves the effective management of key strategic uncertainties and operational vulnerabilities. As the Senior Manager Specialist Services, you will play a key role in ensuring that all relevant risks (including regulatory compliance risks relating to the above risk portfolio) are captured and considered and remain within Risk Appetite. Responsibilities: Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial crime, fraud, data and privacy risks across the organisation Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals specialising in financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risk & compliance management fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Develop and maintain high quality and informative /insightful reporting for Boards/Board Committees and the Group Executive Drive the effective and practical operationalisation of specialist risk frameworks and policies into the HUB24 business Ensure the specialist services team works with and leverages the business partners in the core services team to support embedment of risk awareness, culture, and effective operationalisation of first line risk and compliance management Develop and implement specialised risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to address financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risks in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Support the HUB24 group designated Privacy and AML Officers in the fulfilment of their statutory requirements Develop and lead strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy and related incidents, ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to safeguard the organisation and our clients Identify and implement uplift across the Group’s financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy control environments Oversee financial crime and fraud detection systems, tools, and data analytics to proactively identify money laundering and other financial crime activity and mitigate risk exposure. Requirements: Professional qualifications in risk and compliance with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in risk management and compliance In-depth experience across financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy risk categories (preferably within the financial services sector) Specialist qualifications in financial crime, fraud, data, and privacy and risk management (ACAMS qualification favourably considered) Highly organised, detail orientated and self-motivated Clear and concise communication skills Analytical skills and ability to interpret information The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
